RM9.8 Billion Microfinance Drive Targets Small Traders Nationwide
Malaysia's government has committed RM9.8 billion in microfinancing through six major institutions to help hawkers and small entrepreneurs access sustainable capital. Deputy Finance Minister Liew Chin Tong announced the initiative during the Mikro Kredit Turun Padang programme.
