Russia Courts Myanmar with Energy Deals and Strategic Partnership Expansion
Russia under President Putin has signalled readiness to deepen energy cooperation with Myanmar, proposing offshore oil and gas exploration, LNG exports, and nuclear power development. The announcement follows 12 memorandums signed during Myanmar's military leader's visit to Moscow.
