Zhejiang Escalates Typhoon Alert as Dolphin Approaches Eastern Chinese Coast
Zhejiang Province in eastern China has escalated its emergency response level for Typhoon Dolphin from Level IV to Level III as the system approaches the coast. The 13th typhoon of 2026 is forecast to make landfall Sunday or Monday between Shanghai and Fujian.
