Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant to Serve 13,000 Kelantan Residents from September
Kelantan's Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant, a RM54.98 million facility near Kota Bharu, will begin operations in September, serving 13,000 consumers across five local areas and reactivating 10,000 inactive accounts through improved water supply infrastructure.
