Former Hong Kong care home worker faces five rape charges involving intellectually disabled resident
A former care home worker in Hong Kong has been charged with five counts of rape against an intellectually disabled resident at a Tai Po facility. The victim, now 23, had the cognitive capacity of a nine-year-old child at the time of the alleged incidents.
