Russia and US Agree to Maintain Diplomatic Channels Despite Tensions
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio have agreed to maintain diplomatic channels between their respective foreign ministries, including through international organisations, following talks in Manila.
