Selangor to Expand Higher Education Study Incentive Programme to 5,000 Recipients
Selangor's government will expand its Higher Education Institution Study Incentive programme to reach 5,000 students by 2027, up from the current 3,000, as demand for the RM1,000 financial aid continues to surge.
