Laos mourns death of National Assembly President Xaysomphone Phomvihane
Laotian Party and State leaders gathered at the National Convention Hall to pay tribute to National Assembly President Xaysomphone Phomvihane, who died on August 9. Vietnam declared two days of national mourning in his honour.
