South Korean and US researchers develop hands-free robotic clothing system
Researchers from South Korea's KAIST and Stanford University have created a robotic system using pneumatic "vines" embedded in clothing to enable hands-free dressing. The technology, inspired by climbing ivy, takes about 10 seconds to fully dress a wearer and has potential applications in cleanrooms and emergency services.
