Indonesia's Mount Anak Krakatau erupts as volcanic activity intensifies in Sunda Strait
Mount Anak Krakatau in Indonesia's Sunda Strait erupted on July 7, shooting ash 100 metres into the sky. Authorities raised the alert to Level III and imposed a three-kilometre exclusion zone, warning fishermen and tourists to avoid the area.
