Family of Phnom Penh hit-and-run victim accepts S$60,000 settlement, withdraws civil claim
The family of Kuoch Limhan, killed in a Phnom Penh traffic collision, has withdrawn its civil complaint after accepting S$60,000 compensation from the accused driver's family. Criminal charges remain.
