Kota Kinabalu Urged to Soften Parking Crackdown with Grace Period and Public Education
Kapayan assemblyman Chin Teck Ming has called on Kota Kinabalu City Hall to implement a six-month grace period and prioritize public education before intensifying enforcement against illegal parking, citing insufficient awareness and limited parking availability.
