China Mobilises Major Rescue Operation After Typhoon Dolphin Breaches Levee in Henan
China has deployed 200 rescue personnel and 110 sets of heavy engineering equipment to Zhoukou City in Henan Province following a catastrophic levee breach caused by Typhoon Dolphin. A Level-IV national disaster emergency has been activated.
