Two teenage students arrested after shooting rampage kills three at Philippine high school
Two teenage students armed with handguns opened fire at a high school in Tacloban city, central Philippines on Monday, killing three classmates and wounding seven others. Both suspects, aged 14 and 15, were arrested.
