UK, Italy and Japan Commit US$6.1 Billion to Next-Generation Fighter Jet Programme
The United Kingdom, Italy, and Japan have committed £4.6 billion (US$6.1 billion) to developing a next-generation stealth fighter jet under the Global Combat Air Programme, targeting service entry by 2035.
