Six foreign nationals sentenced for romance fraud targeting Southeast Asian migrants
A Bukit Mertajam court has convicted six foreign nationals—five from China and one from Taiwan—of orchestrating online romance frauds. Each received RM9,000 fines after pleading guilty to defrauding their compatriots through elaborate dating schemes.
