Workshop Owner, Mechanic and Cleaner Held Over Fake Medical Certificate Scheme
Authorities in Pekan have arrested three individuals accused of operating a scheme to produce and distribute counterfeit medical certificates falsely bearing a government medical officer's name and credentials.
