Russian arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis in luggage
A 30-year-old Russian man was arrested at Phuket International Airport on Wednesday after customs officials discovered 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis concealed in two suitcases he was attempting to transport out of Thailand.
