Singapore man arrested after assaulting police officer during disturbance at Toa Payoh coffee shop
A 36-year-old man was arrested in Singapore's Toa Payoh district after assaulting a police officer and committing an obscene act at a coffee shop on Sunday morning. The 19-year-old officer suffered minor injuries.
