Compounds and Settlements in Graft Cases Are MACC's Call, Says Chief Justice
Chief Justice Tun Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh has affirmed that the MACC holds the legal authority to determine whether to pursue compounds and settlement arrangements in corruption-related investigations and prosecutions.
