Four charged as Vietnamese police dismantle plot to relocate Cambodia-based online scam ring
Police in Vietnam's Phu Tho province have charged four individuals, including a Chinese national, for plotting to relocate an online scam operation from Cambodia. Officers dismantled the operation before it became operational.
