Semiconductor Expert David Lacey Appointed UK Honorary Consul in Penang
Dr David Lacey, a prominent semiconductor industry figure and chairman of the Semiconductor Fabrication Association of Malaysia, has been appointed as the new British Honorary Consul in Penang, replacing Datuk Robert Hawkins who retired after two decades of service.
