Malaysia Advances Witness Protection Reform With Enhanced Safeguards and Psychological Support
Parliament has received the Witness Protection (Amendment) Bill 2026, which strengthens safeguards for vulnerable witnesses, introduces mandatory written agreements, and expands mental health support for programme participants.
