Vietnamese Truck Driver Sentenced to 20 Years for Dragging Teenage Girl to Death
A Hanoi court has sentenced a 52-year-old concrete mixer truck driver to 20 years imprisonment for the death of a teenage girl. The driver deliberately continued driving after running over the victim, fearing compensation costs.
