Ho Chi Minh City police dismantle international fraud rings smuggling foreigners
Ho Chi Minh City police have broken up criminal networks that smuggled foreign nationals into Vietnam to operate online fraud schemes. The crackdown netted 26 suspects across eight cases and seized hundreds of computers and phones.
