North Sumatra Police Officer Held in Social Aid Fraud Probe
A North Sumatra Police officer has been arrested over the alleged misappropriation of social assistance funds. Investigators say nearly half of a Rp 3.9 billion budget was lost to fraud involving fictitious beneficiaries and inflated procurement costs.
