Malaysia's Maritime Jurisdiction Bill Advances to Parliamentary Review
Parliament has referred the Admiralty Jurisdiction Bill 2026 to a special select committee chaired by the Minister for Law and Institutional Reform, tasked with reviewing maritime dispute resolution mechanisms within three months.
