Kelantan Education Chief Warns that Excessive Joking Causing Student Injuries Amounts to Bullying
Kelantan's State Education Department director has cautioned that excessive joking among students resulting in physical harm should be classified as bullying. The warning came during a student safety campaign involving over 500 pupils from seven secondary schools.
