Former enforcement officer with 106 offences faces theft charge in Batu Pahat court
A former government enforcement officer carrying 106 criminal and drug-related convictions has been charged in Batu Pahat with stealing a Toyota Hilux, allegedly as part of an organised vehicle theft operation.
