Britain Open to AI Regulation If Voluntary System Fails to Protect Public
Britain's AI Minister Kanishka Narayan has indicated the government would consider formal regulation of advanced artificial intelligence models if current voluntary safeguards fail to adequately protect the public from emerging risks.
