Five suspects arrested in RM77,000 scratch-and-win fraud targeting elderly Malaysians
Police have arrested five individuals connected to a scratch-and-win fraud operation that defrauded two senior citizens of more than RM77,000 in jewellery and money across Ipoh and Taiping.
