China arrests two Japanese nationals in Dalian over rare earth export violations
China has arrested two Japanese employees of Fuji Electric Co. in Dalian on suspicion of violating rare earth export laws. The men were detained in May and formally arrested in June, marking another point of friction in Japan-China relations.
