Businessman Wins RM400,000 Defamation Damages Against Chinese Daily
A High Court has ordered Sin Chew Media Corporation Bhd to pay RM400,000 in damages to businessman Yeoh Ee Seong over a news report that falsely suggested his involvement in a lawyer's assault.
